"Easy" is subjective, but yeah:
Free easy games (also lower coin reward)
Paradise Island 2 - took about 2-3 days of casual playing. Mostly waiting for energy/snowballs/etc to refill. Pay attention to the admin building, at the high XP goals.
Hempire - took me 2 days
Mistplay (player level 3) - 1 day (like 1 hour but it depends on the game). I picked a farming game.
Opera GX is a super fast offer (browser install) but I think the offertoro one is bugged so do it on another wall
Easyish but longer
Kingdoms of Heckfire (lvl 11 or lvl 14). It really slows down around lvl 13. Still takes a few days to complete. Level 11 is way easier/faster
Mafia City (lvl 15). Level 20 of MC is really hard and time consuming for free so if you can't/don't wanna spend I'd stick to lvl 15. They have a lot of good 99 cent packs and rewards for purchases. I did lvl 15 in 1-2 days with $8 spent. (wasn't going to speed that much, changed my mind after $3). Guide here.
WSOP (lvl 51 in 14 days) - some people can finish this in hours but it just depends. Go to the Caribbean room and call every hand. will take a few days. if the carribean room isn't there you should wait on it and make sure you focus when it does pop up because it'll leave in a few days. google free wsop chips, there's an exchange where you can collect like 25 million total. It's tedious but worth it. Don't buy the piggy bank (if you're going to) until after you do that.

Harder but doable and higher paying:
Raid Shadow Legends (2 sacred shards). It takes about a weekish to play through. Guide here. Relatively easy considering but you do have to grind quite a bit about mid way through. You have to read the guide otherwise you'll waste tons of time. You can also get to lvl 10 and buy the shards (ppl said you can buy the lvl 10 pack twice but I 'm not 100%.)
Evony keep 22 - this one is difficult but doable. Join a good ranking alliance as soon as you can (three dots above alliance button, go to kills and join one of the high ranking ones) and join wars with 1 troop. This gives you tons of speedups and resources. Probably can do it in about a week but definitely expect it to take a lot out of you. Spending, just buy 2-3 of the $4.99 most competitive pack (top of inbox) with double down coupon. pack resets daily. So you can do this in like 2 days if you are spending.
